Just a little snippet of cuteness!

So I don't really feel like writing a whole lot today but I do have some rather cute photos of the small furries which is enough to make the most rubbish day a little bit better :) Who doesn't like cute bunnies and fuzzy guinea pigs?!

Walkies

So my track record with the gym is about as good as my blogging dedication so iv been trying to go walking more as a compromise. Some exercise is better than none surely?? 

Over the last few weekends iv been on some lovely walks as the weather has been feeling a little more spring like here in the UK. 

One of my favourite walks is round Captain Cooks Monument near Great Ayton, its about 8 miles in total and lovely views all the way, unfortunately the better views are always up a bloody hill but think of those leg muscles and you soon power through. Here is a few photos from a couple of weekends ago :)

So the next walk on my favourites list is Pinchinthorpe Woods near Guisborough its only approximately 3 miles but its a lovely walk and not too strenuous. I often take the dogs on this walk and the last time I went was with my friend Lizzy before she left for army life, we had 6 dogs between us so it was quite chaotic at times but great fun! Here's a couple of photos from Pinchinthorpe.

So its almost impossible to get all 6 dogs to sit still and look at the camera at the same time but its close enough!

Last walk for today's post is just outside my front door. I am lucky enough to live a stones throw away from woodland and fields which is absolutely fantastic for the dogs they barley even need leads these days! There's lots of walks around the area and different variations so you cant get bored doing the same route all the time it also joins onto Errington Woodland which has some other trails that all join together. We quite often see deer, woodpeckers, squirrels and even badgers (if your patient and lucky enough lol.) Here's a couple of photos from a walk about 5 minutes from my front door.

Best Friend leaves for the army!

This week marked a sad day, after 7 years of bestfriendiness (yeh that's a word) my bestest left for the Army. Even though iv known she was going for a while it hit me pretty hard. We have one of those friendships that can go a week or a month without seeing each other but when we catch up its like we've never been apart. We've been trying to cram as much friend time in before she left going out for tea, dog walks, nights out and coffee dates. Here is a few pictures from our night out (a rare occurrence these days)

We've had some fab times over the last 7 years and its absolutely flown by, im sure when shes back on leave and visits we'll make a lot more memories. BFF as they say. I wish her all the luck in her new job and am starting to feel better now iv stopped crying!! Lizzy if you ever read this I miss you alreadyyy! <3

Valentines Day

Hello everyone, sorry for the blog neglect yet again! I'm terrible at keeping up with things. Anyway I am vowing now to blog at least weekly.

Anyway onto today's post! Valentines day isn't usually a day I get very excited over but this year, been loved up and all we decided to celebrate it :) We both decided that every restaurant in the vicinity would be booked up so we would stay in and cook a meal together. So that's what we did!

We decided we wouldn't do presents as after Christmas and birthdays we'd spent enough so we both made each other a little something. Were always stuck for ideas of things to do so I made David a little book out of a pack of cards with 52 date ideas which I got the idea from Pinterest. Pinterest link I traded the reasons I love you for date ideas but you could pretty much do whatever you want on them :) David made me a lovely book which is hard to explain and I haven't got round to taking a photo but all the pages are folded so when it stands up its a heart <3 He also made me a wooden photo frame with little polaroids of us all round it :) Despite the no bought presents rule my lovely boyfriend also bought me a fabby new camera which will be perfect for blog photos! Speaking of photos here is some from valentines day!
